After 23 years of military service, I retired from the Army. I spent 19 of those 23 years as a Non-Commission Officer, leading teams from four up to 40 Soldiers. My experience and desire to lead is what led me to being an agency owner. Being able to continue being a leader, work with my wife, network and get to know new people all while helping protect what our customers have worked so hard for.
